PSB to Hear Proposed 2021-22 Budgets and Rates

Stormwater, Water and Wastewater Budget Hearing set for Monday Nov. 30

EL PASO – The El Paso Water Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Stormwater and Water/Wastewater budget hearing will be on Monday, Nov 30. Staff will present budget priorities and drivers.

WHAT: Budget hearing to review:
2021-22 Stormwater Operating and Capital Improvement Budget
2021-22 Water and Wastewater Operating and Capital Improvement Budget
Proposed rules and regulations and proposed rate adjustment

WHEN: Monday, Nov. 30 at 6 p.m.

WHO: EPWater President and CEO John Balliew will present staff recommendations to members of the Public Service Board.

WHERE: The meeting will be held virtually and streamed live here:  Recordings of the budget meeting will also air on City TV.

WHY: The community will hear about EPWater budget priorities, which include securing our water supply, improving system reliability, expanding our systems due to city growth and continuing infrastructure improvements for flood control.
