Pay by Phone

Paying your water bill is fast and easy with Bill Matrix phone payments. There is no enrollment process, and you control when and how much you pay. These payments can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including holidays).

Please Note:

  • If you have received a DISCONNECT NOTICE or need services restored, you MUST contact EPWater Customer Service at (915) 594-5577 with your confirmation number and amount of payment. Additional service fees may apply.
  • There is a service fee of $2.50 charged by BillMatrix for providing this payment service.
  • Your payment will be posted to your account within the next one (1) to three (3) business days.
  • The number of payments EPWater customers can make are limited to: 3 payments in 5 days and no more than 5 payments in 30 days.
  • An EPWater Returned Check Fee of $25 will apply for all electronic payment returns.

  • Pen and paper to record confirmation code
