EL PASO – The El Paso Water Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Stormwater and Water/Wastewater budget hearing will be on Thursday, Nov. 20. Staff will present budget priorities and proposed rates to the Public Service Board that would go into effect March 1, 2026, if approved in January.

WHEN:            Thursday, Nov. 20 at 6 p.m.

WHO:              EPWater President/CEO John Balliew will present staff recommendations to members of the Public Service

                         Board

COMMENT:      Members of the public can sign up to speak in-person. The public will also have an opportunity to provide public comment on the proposed budget and rates at the PSB meetings on December 10 and on January 14.
