EPWU Office Locations

Customers may make their payments at our customer service center during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Payments made at EPWU Office locations are free and payments post to your account immediately. Payments placed in our payment drop box will be posted on the following business day. Please check our holiday schedule for closure dates.

Note: When you submit a check for payment, you authorize EPWU to complete the payment by a one-time ACH transaction or other electronic debit. If we do, your account will be debited in the amount of the check as early as the day it is received: afterward, the check will be destroyed.

CheckFreePay authorized agencies

Payments made at CheckFreePay authorized agencies will be assessed a $1.75 service transaction fee and payment will post to your account within 1-3 business days.
If you have received a Disconnection Notice call EPWU (915) 594-5577 with your confirmation number to avoid disconnection of service.
