- Register for WebConnect at My Account for free 24/7 online access to your billing, payment and water use history for the past 24 months at
- Disconnected Service or Notice of Disconnection: Make a one-time payment with a check or credit/debit card via BillMatrix. Entire amount due must be paid to restore service.
