Upgrades to aging pipes, tanks, pumps, and treatment plants keep your water flowing safely and dependably

  • Bustamante Wastewater Treatment Plant – Reaching 75% capacity, this plant will expand from 39 MGD to 51 MGD to meet state requirements.
  • Fred Hervey Reclamation Plant – Scheduled for important upgrades to improve performance and reliability.
  • Advanced Water Meters – Citywide installation of advanced meters is underway to improve accuracy and detect leaks.
