MyEPWater app to help customers manage water use, save money

Mobile app puts account information, water use and alerts at customers’ fingertips

EL PASO –El Paso Water launched MyEPWater, a new mobile app designed to make it easier for customers to manage their accounts, monitor water use and access information that can help them conserve water and potentially save money.

The launch marks another step in EPWater’s efforts to modernize customer service and to make managing water use more convenient. Available for Apple and Android devices, MyEPWater brings account management and water use monitoring tools together in one place.

“MyEPWater makes it easier to spot changes in water use, identify opportunities to conserve and stay informed about your account,” said Adam Wickersham, Vice President of Information Technology. “It’s another way we are making our services more convenient, accessible and affordable for our community.”

The MyEPWater app allows customers to:

     · Monitor water use

     · Set up customizable alerts

     · Pay bills and view payment history

Customers can download the app by searching for “MyEPWater” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Existing My Account users can sign in with their current credentials, while first-time users can register through the app.
