Richard Wilcox

Chief Water Quality Compliance Officer

Wilcox oversees the Laboratory, Environmental Compliance and Industrial Pretreatment, and Code Compliance operations. Wilcox has worked for EPWater since 1992. He started his career as a Laboratory Technician I and promoted through multiple positions of increasing responsibility. As the first Quality Control Chemist for the International Water Quality laboratory, he played a key role in establishing National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Conference (NELAC) accreditation of the lab. He most recently served as Water Supply Manager, overseeing daily operations of all water production facilities. Wilcox holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology.
