Fats, Oil, and Grease Guidance for Food Service

El Paso Water implemented a program to address blockages and ensure FOG is managed correctly. The program regulates the discharge, transportation and disposal of FOG. Specifically, any food service establishment (FSE) that generates FOG is affected.

The training will be held from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., third Friday of every month, at the International Water Quality Laboratory, 4100 Delta Drive.

Food Service Establishments are encouraged to sign up to protect their wastewater system and avoid costly penalties.

FOG Training Request

EPWater is offering this training to Food Service Establishments regarding the rules of our FOG Program. This training will be offered every 3rd Friday of the month 10:00am to 11:00am.
We have limited space for only 18 people in our training room, so please sign up ASAP. If you cannot submit this month, please wait until next month to sign up for the FOG training.
