FY 2026-27 EPWater Budget Process
The Stormwater and Water/Wastewater budget hearing will be on Thursday, Nov. 20 at 6 p.m. at the El Paso Water Main Office, Board Room - 4th floor, 1154 Hawkins Boulevard, El Paso, TX 79925
Staff will present budget priorities and proposed rates to the Public Service Board that would go into effect March 1, 2026, if approved on January 14.
The meeting can also be viewed live online Recordings of the budget meeting will also air on City TV.
Public Comment
The public will also have an opportunity to provide public comment on the proposed budget and rates at the regular PSB meeting on December 10 and on January 14.
Community Meetings
El Paso Water is hosting a series of community meetings across the city to explain the proposed water and wastewater rate increase and to answer questions from customers.

All community meetings will take place from 5:30 to 7 pm, with formal presentations beginning at 6 pm.
