Request for Expression of Interest (RFEI). Smithco Construction, Inc. has been selected by El Paso Water to act as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the Backup Power Generators and Diesel Fuels Storage and Dispensing Systems Project. The purpose this RFEI is to proactively notify the marketplace of the upcoming release of this RFP and provide any interested proposers with general information concerning the project and the procurement process. Smithco’s goal is to promote and facilitate as much local competition as possible for this contract. The scope of work may include Demo / Utilities / Sitework / Concrete / Building General, Masonry, Finishes, HVAC/Plumbing, TPO Roofing System, Crane System, Electrical, Trench and Backfill for Electrical, Electrical Testing, and SCADA. Smithco is requesting interested subcontractors and suppliers express their interest in this project by completing and returning the attached expression of interest form.
